Shipping and Returns


All goods will be delivered by MDS Collivery and the rates are dependent on the order weight and delivery location. Your delivery fee will be calculated at check out. For more information on how to track your couriered parcel, have a look at the How to Track My Order section

We will make use of the South African Postal Services (SA Snail Mail) should you require. The flat rate will be R50.00 for postage and orders can be tracked on the official SAPO website: www.sapo.co.za

Your goods will be delivered to the address you stipulate as “Delivery Address” at checkout.

We endeavor to have your parcel despatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Please allow for between one and seven working days for delivery. Should there be any delays, you will be notified.

If products with different delivery times are ordered together, the product with the longest delivery time will determine the delivery time of all the products in the order. Should you wish to receive products that are immediately available, immediately, we recommend that you place separate orders to ensure there is no delay in getting your total order to you. However, you will then be liable for more than one delivery fee.

Products that are not immediately available will be marked as “Pre-Order”. This means they sell out quickly and by pre-ordering you are guaranteed to receive your goods as they will be despatched to you as they land. Your goods will not be ordered until we have received payment confirmation. You are essentially order a product and simply waiting a little longer for it to be delivered.

Stock availability:

Stocks of all goods on offer is limited. Voluptas shall take all reasonable efforts to ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers thereof are discontinued. However, should Voluptas be unable to fulfill any order placed by you at the advertised price due to stock having sold out, we will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid by you for such product, as explained in more detail in the Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”)

Voluptas makes every effort to ensure that the information supplied on the website is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every reasonable effort will be made to inform the purchaser.

Return & Refund Policy

You may return new, unopened toys within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item for example). The return shipping costs will be for our account.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your goods to Voluptas, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more timeously.

You may return opened toys only if they are defective to the point of a factory fault. Once returned, the product will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection. Should the manufacturer deem the fault to be a production defect, and not:

• simple wear and tear
• damage due to dropping/ mishandling or tampering
• alterations
• evidence of impact, sand, liquid or moisture damage
• incorrect usage or inappropriate cleaning
• battery or chemical erosion

you will be offered a full refund, an exchange or a store credit. The cost of returning defective products to us will be for our account. We cannot make any guarantees on the timeline for such an incident, but we endeavour to ensure any issues are resolved with haste.

Due to hygienic reasons, we unfortunately, cannot accept returns on any lingerie items – regardless of whether or not they have been worn.

In the case of allergic reactions, please seek medical advice immediately, but note that we cannot be held responsible nor offer refunds, credits and exchanges. This applies to lubricants, toys and lingerie.

All goods are inspected before being packed and despatched as we pride ourselves on supply excellent-quality products.

Ensure that all returns include the original packaging of the product and the Voluptas invoice.


Should you be entitled to a refund for any reason, such refund shall –

a) in the case of payment having been made by credit card, the refunded amount will be paid in that credit card account.

b) In the case of the payment having been made by EFT, the refunded amount will be paid into the bank account matching the details as furnished by the customer.
